(OTCBB: AMLH) today announced that the company is actively working to develop a logistics-based business unit to leverage management experience in the aviation, transport and aerospace industries in order to build upon the current opportunities in these fields.

The Company is also working to improve its balance sheet through consolidating outstanding debt to reduce interest expense, as well as exploring sales of select assets to finance logistics business expansion.
