The company is high grading its rig fleet and is on the lookout for acquisition targets and excess equipment that can be purchased in the current market environment. Additional consolidations are expected in the second half of 2015.

  • Are your looking for new business lines? How complimentary are they with your existing lines of business?
  • What’s the overall market utilization right now?
  • There doesn’t seem to be any orders for new equipment. How do you look at the future development on that issue?
