Black Hills Corp. Announces Quarterly Dividend

Third quarter earnings call and webcast are Wednesday, Nov. 4

RAPID CITY, S.D. - Oct. 27, 2015 - Black Hills Corp. (NYSE: BKH) today announced that its board of directors declared a quarterly dividend on the common stock at a meeting held Oct. 27, 2015. Common shareholders of record at the close of business on Nov. 17, 2015, will receive $0.405 per share, payable on Dec. 1, 2015.

The company also confirms that it will announce its 2015 third quarter earnings after the market closes on Tuesday, Nov. 3, and host its 2015 third quarter earnings conference call and webcast on Wednesday, Nov. 4, at 11 a.m. EST.
