For the second consecutive year, C3 Energy, the leader in enterprise analytic software solutions for the global energy industry, joined an elite group of oil and energy market leaders, government authorities, research and innovation institutes, and global technology and solution providers to address the future of grid and metering infrastructure across the Middle East at the Smart Grids & Smart Meters Summit in Dubai.
