Canuc Resources Corporation Reports Issuance of Stock Options

Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - October 6, 2015) - Canuc Resources Corporation (TSXV: CDA) ("Canuc" or the "Company") is pleased to report the issuance of 340,000 stock options to Directors and Officers of the Company and 255,000 options to Consultants of the Company. The options were issued with a strike price of $0.06 per share and have an initial term of 3 years.
