CARBO Announces Quarterly Dividend; Schedules Fourth Quarter and Year End 2014 Earnings Call for January 29, 2015

HOUSTON, Jan. 20, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- CARBO Ceramics Inc. (NYSE: CRR) announced today that its Board of Directors has approved the payment of a dividend on February 17, 2015 of $0.33 per share to shareholders of record on February 2, 2015.

The Company also plans to release earnings results for the 2014 fourth quarter and year on January 29, 2015, and will host a conference call at 10:30 a.m. Central Time (11:30 a.m. Eastern) that day. Gary Kolstad, President and CEO, and Ernesto Bautista, III, Vice President and CFO, will host the call.
