Penn Virginia Corporation (NYSE:PVA) today announced that it will participate in three upcoming investor conferences.

PVA will participate in Wells Fargo's 5th Annual Exploration & Production 1x1 Forum in Boston on Thursday, March 6, 2014. Steven A. Hartman, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will present an overview of PVA's operations, including a discussion of strategy and recent activities in investor meetings.

PVA will participate in Howard Weil's 42nd Annual Energy Conference in New Orleans on Monday, March 24, 2014 and Tuesday, March 25, 2014. PVA's presentation time is 5:10 p.m. ET (4:10 p.m. CT) on March 24, 2014.  H. Baird Whitehead, President and Chief Executive Officer, will present an overview of PVA's operations, including a discussion of strategy and recent activities. 

Lastly, PVA will participate in the Independent Petroleum Association of America's (IPAA's) Oil & Gas Investment Symposium (OGIS) New York on Monday, April 7, 2014. PVA's presentation time is 11:45 a.m. ET on April 7, 2014.  Mr. Whitehead will present an overview of PVA's operations, including a discussion of strategy and recent activities.
