CWC Energy Services Corp. Announces Changes to Management Team

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwired - Dec. 17, 2015) - CWC Energy Services Corp. ("CWC" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:CWC) announced today the following management changes:

Layne Wilk, Vice President, Operations (Well Services - West), has retired from the Company effective today. CWC is restructuring and streamlining its internal operations such that all Well Services' Operation Managers will be reporting directly to Darwin McIntyre, Vice President, Operations (Well Services). Mr. McIntyre has been with the Company since its inception and has over 35 years of experience in the well servicing industry.

CWC has also accepted the resignation of Karen Dilon as Vice President, Finance and Controller effective February 25, 2016 so that she may pursue other opportunities. Ms. Dilon's responsibilities will be assumed by Craig Flint, Chief Financial Officer, and Danielle Leger, who has been promoted to the position of Corporate Controller effective January 1, 2016.
