Emerald Oil, Inc. Announces Completion of Common Stock Offering
DENVER, CO--(Marketwired - February 11, 2015) - Emerald Oil, Inc. (NYSE MKT: EOX) ("Emerald" or the "Company") announced today that it has completed the sale of 24,553,571 shares of its common stock. All shares of common stock were sold to the public at an offering price of $1.12 per share. The resulting net proceeds to the Company, after deducting underwriting discounts, commissions and other expenses, were approximately $26.0 million. The Company intends to use the net proceeds from this offering for working capital and for general corporate purposes.
Johnson Rice & Company L.L.C. acted as the sole bookrunner for this offering.
