TUSTIN, CA--(Marketwired - Feb 4, 2016) - Premier Holding Corporation (OTCQB: PRHL) is proud of the performance of its subsidiary, Energy Efficiency Experts (E3), for the impressive performance it achieved on a recent project for Men's Fashion Depot in San Diego.
After more than three months of waiting for another LED vendor to complete the job, Men's Fashion Depot contacted E3 to get the job done. Within 5 days of the call, E3 had completed the installation of a project that included replacing 468 fluorescent and other lamps consuming 187,308 KWh a year with LED lamps. E3 audited, specified, and managed the project whereby they replaced these old lamps with 468 LED lamps consuming only 86,835 KWh a year. That is over 53% savings in power consumption.
Men's Fashion Depot will save over $16,000 a year in electricity and thousands more in maintenance cost, since these lamps will last over 50,000 hours; and with rebates from SDG&E, the project pays for itself in less than a year and a half.
E3 was asked to step in when the previous lighting vendor worked on the project for over three months and had not completed the installation.
Men's Fashion Depot Manager, Tom Caravelli, said: "We could not be happier with the performance of E3. We needed the project completed before the end of the year, and we called them during the holidays. We are amazed that they were able to complete the project in less than a week during the Christmas season. I can only imagine what they can do under normal circumstances. By the way, the lights look great!"
E3 is known for its outstanding service. A distributor and ESCO, E3's business model stands on three pillars: 1) Product: we specify the best lamp for each application, meaning we are product agnostic... not beholding to any one manufacturer, and we vet every lamp to ensure it meets all industry standards and third party performance validation; 2) Price: with its direct relationships with manufacturers, its buying power, and its ability to stock inventory when prudent, both price AND availability are superior; and finally 3) Service: where many LED companies say anything to make the sale and then lag in the performance of servicing their clients, E3 focuses on our client relationship. Client satisfaction is our strongest differentiation.
Premier CEO and President, Randall Letcavage, said: "I could not be more proud of the team at E3. Our service-oriented strategy has succeeded beyond our dreams. We have taken over projects from many of the major LED companies because they failed to perform as represented. We were called in to come through, and we did. We have acquired and retained major clients as their preferred vendor through this approach. This team did a similarly rapid response in providing LED lights for the World Trade Center in Long Beach. Again, short notice, and 100% satisfaction. This perfectly complements what I recently reported in a press release made on behalf of Shareholders and interested investors stating Premier is looking forward to continued growth in 2016. As I said then, in 2016 we expect to integrate an Energy Supplier as part of our core companies, further develop and grow E3, and utilize all of the resources and customer base at The Power Company to convert prospects for E3 and our supplier."
Letcavage concludes: "We are honored to be recognized by the OC Business Journal for our recent growth, but we believe our best performance is ahead of us."
