Energy Services of America Appoints New Director

HUNTINGTON, W.Va., Dec. 8, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Energy Services of America (the "Company") (OTCQB: ESOA), parent company of C.J. Hughes Construction Company and Nitro Electric Company, announced today the appointment of Dr. Charles Abraham, MD to the Company's Board of Directors effective January 1, 2016.  Dr. Abraham is an Otolaryngology (Ear, Nose, and Throat) Specialist in Huntington, WV.  The Board of Directors of the Company will not appoint Dr. Abraham to any committees of the Company at this time.
