The EnLink Midstream companies today announced the declaration of the
quarterly distributions for EnLink Midstream Partners, LP (NYSE: ENLK)
(the Master Limited Partnership) and EnLink Midstream, LLC (NYSE: ENLC)
(the General Partner) for the third quarter of 2015:

The quarterly distribution on the Master Limited Partnership’s common
units will be $0.39 per common unit, which represents a half cent
increase compared to distributions declared for the second quarter of
2015 and a year-to-date distribution increase of around 5.5 percent
compared to year-to-date 2014. The distribution is payable on November
12 to unitholders of record on November 2.

The quarterly distribution on the General Partner’s common units will
be $0.255 per common unit, which represents a half cent increase
compared to distributions declared for the second quarter of 2015 and
a year-to-date distribution increase of around 19 percent compared to
year-to-date 2014. The distribution is payable on November 13 to
unitholders of record on November 2.
