TORONTO, March. 17, 2015 /CNW/ - StrategyCorp Inc. is pleased to announce that former Ontario Energy Board (OEB) Chief Operating Officer, Aleck Dadson, has joined the consulting firm to lead their Energy and Utilities Group. Dadson brings considerable knowledge of the regulatory and public policy environment as well as an accomplished background in the Canadian and global energy sectors.

Dadson joins StrategyCorp following a successful seven year turn at the OEB where he helped lead the organization through a period of considerable change in its governance, processes and approach to regulation. During 2014, He led the OEB's review of TransCanada's Energy East pipeline project, including the consultations with communities and First Nations in northern and eastern Ontario.

"Aleck is known for his pragmatic and thoughtful approach to regulatory and policy issues", said David MacNaughton, chairman and partner at StrategyCorp Inc. "He has held a number of distinguished key leadership positions in the industry.  We are very pleased to have him on board to lead and strengthen the strategic business, regulatory, communications, and public affairs services that StrategyCorp provides to the energy sector."
