Gray Fox Petroleum (GFOX) Issues Shareholder Update

ORLANDO, FL / ACCESSWIRE / December 29, 2015 / Gray Fox Petroleum Corporation (GFOX), has undergone a name change with the state of Nevada, and is currently in the process of filing with FINRA. Once the process is complete the company will be operating as Grey Fox Holdings Corporation. The Company does not expect to undergo a symbol change.

Daniel Sobolewski, the CEO and Chairman, would like to inform shareholders that the company is not only current on its filings but has filed an 8A-(12g) in order for the company to be a mandatory filer. This allows the company to be a fully reporting company under SEC guidelines. Furthermore, in the very near future the Company intends to re-obtain its OTCQB/BB status.

Grey Fox Holdings continues to work directly with Graffiti Junktion's Founder and CEO, Greg Peters, on expanding the "Graffiti Junktion Restaurant" brand and locations. The Company intends to execute the Franchise Agreement for its first franchise in the upcoming weeks. Grey Fox Holdings has also retained Operating Partner, Sandi Bargrede, with Acre Florida Real Estate, LLC. to obtain its first "Franchised Location" of Graffiti Junktion. The Company is currently in negotiation stages with two different possible locations in the Daytona Beach area. The Company intends to open four (4) Graffiti Junktion franchise locations within the next eighteen (18) months. In order to do so, Grey Fox Holdings will be seeking to raise additional capital.

Greg Peters President

A self-made entrepreneur, Greg Peters is the President and founding partner of Graffiti Junktion. His vision and leadership has directed the Company growth since 2008. Greg was the managing partner of CSC Venues from 1999 to 2007, which generated over 30 million dollars in sales. He resides in Central Florida with his wife, two daughters and a son. He loves golf, exercise and personal challenges, which is evident from his win of the 2004 Fear Factor -Vegas edition! Greg is active in youth-oriented sports and passionate about supporting local charities.

Tom Hughes, Vice President

A native of Boston, MA, Tom has been residing in Orlando, FL since 1987. As he made his way south, he managed culinary departments and worked as an Executive Chef in Cape Cod, New York City and Las Vegas. He has worked with (and created menus for) many successful dining organizations such as Planet Hollywood, Hard Rock Café, Bahama Breeze and Café TuTu Tango, and was the youngest Executive Chef with the Marriot International chain. Tom is a founding partner of the successful Kres Chophouse in downtown Orlando, which recently won an award for 'Best Celebrity Spotting' restaurant! Tom has been recognized for his accomplishments in Food & Art Magazine and included in his many awards, was inducted in to the Orlando Dining Hall of Fame in 2010.He was also the recipient of "Chef of the Year" Orlando Restaurants. A graduate of Bunker Hill College, Tom has a Hotel & Restaurant Management degree and 35 years of experience. He is married with two daughters. The family enjoys traveling together in culinary-rich areas of the world.
