Melbourne, Australia (ABN Newswire) - Greenearth Energy Ltd's (ASX:GER) ("Greenearth") wholly-owned subsidiary, Vivid Industrial, continues to deliver successful installations of its world leading industrial lighting technologies.

- Food distribution facility ~20,000m2 upgraded to Vivid Industrial's own Matrixx Intelligent LED lighting system

- The upgrade delivers over 80% savings on energy & costs via advanced design and control

Vivid Industrial recently completed another installation of its proprietary Matrixx Intelligent LED lighting system. The Matrixx system is Australian designed and manufactured, encompassing intelligent 3G communication, cloud connected operation and exclusive 'Plug and Play' architecture. This system recently received global recognition for its world leading savings innovation, which was profiled in the Wall Street Journal:

The Wall Street Journal (Winning, 2015)[1]

This recent installation was designed, supplied and installed by Vivid Industrial and delivers over 80% energy savings for the customer on this site. This was achieved via advanced control methods including daylight harvesting, occupancy detection, beam shaping and Vivid Industrial's proprietary constant lux system.
Vivid Industrial's Matrixx solution was selected following a competitive trial against other customer-selected LED technologies from across the globe. The customer operates over 100 sites and, following this successful installation, Vivid Industrial is now reviewing additional sites within that portfolio.

The site is a live working facility and the removal and installation of lighting fixtures was accomplished without disruption to operations during a two week period. Feedback from site staff, project managers and independent electrical contractors has been overwhelmingly complimentary. This site was the customer's first full warehouse LED lighting retrofit, in its global portfolio of sites.

Samuel Marks, Managing Director of Greenearth Energy, said:

"Customer feedback continues to be very positive across the Vivid Industrial product range. The validation from electrical contractors and site managers specifically on the ease and cost of installation is particularly important and underscores continued customer adoption and an increasing level of inbound inquiries. We look forward to continuing to execute on current opportunities and orders in the short term."
