Appointment of Non-Executive Director
Karoo Energy is pleased to announce the appointment of Alan Golding as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect.
Mr Golding has extensive coal, coal bed methane (“CBM”) and underground coal gasification (“UCG”) experience, primarily in Botswana but also other southern, eastern and central African regions. He has been involved in multiple coal and CBM exploration projects in Botswana, which is estimated to have the second largest coal resources in Africa, for over 30 years.
He was instrumental in identifying the areas now held under licence by Karoo Energy.
