Martin Midstream Partners Announces Quarterly Cash Distribution and Release Date of Third Quarter 2015 Results
KILGORE, Texas, Oct. 22, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Martin Midstream Partners L.P. (NASDAQ:MMLP) announced today it has declared a quarterly cash distribution of $0.8125 per unit, or $3.25 per unit on an annualized basis, for the quarter ended September 30, 2015. The quarterly distribution is unchanged from the distribution paid following the previous quarter. The distribution is payable on November 13, 2015 to common unitholders of record as of the close of business on November 6, 2015. The ex-dividend date for the cash distribution is November 4, 2015.
Martin Midstream Partners plans to publicly release its financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2015 after the market closes on Wednesday, October 28, 2015. An investors conference call to review the third quarter results will be held on Thursday, October 29, 2015 at 8:00 a.m. Central Time. The conference call can be accessed by calling (877) 878-2695.
