HOUSTON, Oct. 27, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Memorial Production Partners LP (MEMP) announced today that the board of directors of its general partner has approved management’s recommendation and declared a cash distribution of $0.30 per unit for the third quarter of 2015. This distribution represents an annualized amount of $1.20 per unit and will be paid on November 12, 2015 to unitholders of record as of the close of business on November 5, 2015.
MEMP also announced today that it will report third quarter 2015 financial and operating results before the market opens for trading on November 4, 2015. Following the announcement, management will host a third quarter 2015 earnings conference call at 10 a.m. CT.
