("SandRidge" or the "Company") (NYSE:SD) securities between March 1, 2013 and November 4, 2014.
On November 4, 2014, the Company disclosed that the Securities and Exchange Commission has asked SandRidge to reassess how it accounts for penalties paid under an agreement with Occidental Petroleum Corp.
