"We considered a variety of factors when choosing the energy supplier for Fenway Park," said Red Sox EVP for Business Operations Jonathan Gilula. "Think Energy's commitment to customer service was evident to us from the start, and it was a reason we knew they would be the right choice. We are pleased to be working with them as the official electricity provider of Fenway Park."

John Henderson, head of Think Energy, said, "It's an honor to power 'America's Most Beloved Ballpark' and to support one of the most iconic teams in Major League Baseball.  Think Energy's parent company, GDF SUEZ Energy Resources, has been serving the Boston area for 12 years, and this agreement further underscores the commitment to the region that both companies share.  We're grateful to Fenway Park and the Boston Red Sox for the opportunity, and we encourage fans to check out our in-park signage behind home plate and on the legendary Green Monster."

Fenway Park is considered one of the most famous sports venues in the world, seating more than 37,000 people for each game.  Located along Lansdowne Street and Yawkey Way in the Kenmore Square area of Boston, the park has hosted the World Series ten times, with the Red Sox earning the title of World Series Champions on five occasions.
