2015 K-1 Tax Packages for Enterprise Products Partners L.P and Oiltanking Partners L.P.

The 2015 tax packages, including Schedule K-1s, for Enterprise Products Partners L.P. (NYSE: EPD) and Oiltanking Partners, L.P. are now available online. In July 2015, Enterprise sold its offshore Gulf of Mexico pipelines and services business for approximately $1.5 billion in cash. Each unitholder’s share, if any, of the taxable income associated with this transaction is included on the unitholder’s 2015 Schedule K-1 on lines 1 (Ordinary business income (loss)), 9a (Net long-term capital gain (loss)) and 10 (Net section 1231 gain (loss)).
