Alfa Laval Wins SEK 70 Million Energy Efficiency Order

LUND, Sweden, May 29, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Alfa Laval – a world leader in heat transfer, centrifugal separation and fluid handling – has won an order to supply waste heat recovery systems to a power plant in Bangladesh. The order has a value of approximately SEK 70 million. It is booked in the Boiler & Gas Systems unit of the Marine Division, with deliveries scheduled for 2018.

The order comprises Alfa Laval exhaust gas heat recovery boilers to be installed in a greenfield power plant where they will recover waste heat to be used in the electricity generation process.
