Amazing Energy Appoints Member to Its Board of Directors

PLANO, TX / ACCESSWIRE / September 20, 2018 / Amazing Energy Oil and Gas Co. (OTCQX: AMAZ) ("Amazing", "Amazing Energy", or "the Company"), today announced that it has elected Mr. Kurt Koeppler as a new member to the Company's Board of Directors.

Mr. Koeppler brings more than 43 years of corporate management and board experience in the construction and real estate industries. From the mid-1970s to present, Mr. Koeppler founded and held positions as both President and Partner in multiple construction, development and property management firms. His leadership and management experience cover a wide range of developments from smaller scale single family residential projects to massive 500,000 square foot commercial facilities. He previously sat on the board of his local golf country club and currently presides aswas President of The Boys and Girls Club of Oshkosh. In 2006, he became a member of the Wisconsin Waterways Commission, an appointment made by Governor Jim Doyle. From 2006 to 2017, he held the position of Chairman of the Board at Power Grid Solutions, a manufacturer of electrical distribution equipment, where he guided management to 400% sales growth and navigated the ultimate sale to AZZ Manufacturing in 2017. Earlier this year, Mr. Koeppler was honored with the Partners in Philanthropy Award, presented by the Oshkosh Area Community Foundation. Mr. Koeppler has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
