AmpliTech (AMPG) Group to Buyout (NHPI) at .0020 Per Share

BOHEMIA, N.Y., April 18, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- AmpliTech Group, Inc. (OTCQB:AMPG) and Neuro-Hitech, Inc., (the ''Company,'' ''Neuro-Hitech'') (OTC PINK:NHPI), today announced that the Board has approved a buyout for Neuro-Hitech common shares in the open market up to a stock price of $.0020. AMPG Management and the Board agree that a buyout will bring value to all shareholders of both companies.
