OTTAWA, Jan. 26, 2016 /CNW/ - Anchor ClimateCare has been Ottawa keeping families in our area comfortable for 30 years now. Ottawa has been good to Anchor - now we'd like to give back by providing a fully-installed, high efficiency furnace to a deserving family in our area.

If you know someone who could use a helping hand, and a new furnace could take away some of their worries, please let us know.  We're looking for a family that could use a break on their repair or energy bills - with a new furnace. 

We will supply the furnace and our standard installation and one year of free maintenance as well. All entries will be reviewed by our panel of judges. Their decision will be final. 

Things to keep in mind when nominating:

• Only one nomination per person is allowed and the nomination deadline is February 7, 2016 at 4pm.
• The recipient will be announced on February 19th 2016.
• Installation will take place before February 29th, 2016.

All of the nominations will go before our committee from which a short list will be created and nominations verified by a site visit and or interview prior to being presented to our final selection committee.

The person nominated has to be the legal owner of the home and must live there. The home must be in our normal service area, basically the City of Ottawa and be currently heated with a natural gas or propane furnace with ductwork.

It includes standard installation of a gas or propane furnace, what we call a remove and replace furnace installation.

Only gas furnaces are eligible for the giveaway. No Cash Value.
