Bonterra Energy Corp. Confirms Cash Dividend for July 2015 Payable August 31, 2015
Bonterra Energy Corp. (www.bonterraenergy.com) (BNE.TO) announces that the July 2015 monthly cash dividend will be $0.15 per share and will be paid on August 31, 2015. The record date for the dividend is August 14, 2015 and the ex-dividend date is August 12, 2015. The dividend is paid monthly and is subject to commodity prices and production levels.
The dividend is considered an “eligible dividend” for tax purposes.
