CITGO Teams Up with Boston Red Sox Foundation to Launch Spirit Pump Campaign

Red Sox-branded fuel pumps and CITGO station activities fuel good for foundation programs

BOSTON, July 22, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- This July through October, CITGO Petroleum Corporation, along with its local New England partners, SEI Fuels, H.A. Mapes, Global Partners and Tradewinds, will fuel good for the Red Sox Foundation through the installation of unique Red Sox-branded gas pumps at multiple CITGO stations throughout Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire and Maine.

Red Sox fans and CITGO customers alike can fuel up at designated Red Sox Spirit Pumps to give back to the Red Sox Foundation

Red Sox fans and CITGO customers alike can stop by the designated gas stations to fill up their tank at the branded Spirit Pump and a portion of their fuel purchase will be donated directly to the Red Sox Foundation. In addition to the Red Sox Spirit Pumps, customers can look for "Fuel Change" donation boxes or receive a one-of-a-kind Red Sox Foundation baseball mobile at the register by donating $1 or $5 to support the organization.
