The Colorado Oil & Gas Conservation Commission held a hearing on Tuesday, Dec. 18, to consider all final comments by parties involved in a proposed rulemaking that sought to clarify and institute new rules on how setbacks between schools and oil and gas operations in Colorado are measured.
