Item 7.01.Regulation FD Disclosure.

 

On June 16, 2021, Antero Resources Corporation (the “Company”) issued a notice of partial redemption (the “Notice”) with respect to its 8.375% senior notes due 2026 (the “Notes”). The Company gave holders of the Notes notice that on July 1, 2021 (the “Redemption Date”), the Company will redeem $175.0 million aggregate principal amount of the outstanding Notes at a redemption price of 108.375% of the principal amount thereof, plus accrued and unpaid interest. Immediately following the redemption, there will be $325.0 million aggregate principal amount of Notes outstanding.
