DCP Midstream, LP Announces Public Offering of $500 Million of Senior Notes

DENVER, July 10, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- DCP Midstream, LP (NYSE:DCP) (the “Partnership”) announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary, DCP Midstream Operating, LP (the “Operating Partnership”), has commenced a public offering of $500 million aggregate principal amount of its senior notes due 2025, which will be fully and unconditionally guaranteed by the Partnership.

The Operating Partnership intends to use the net proceeds from this offering to redeem all of its outstanding 9.75% senior notes due March 15, 2019 (the “2019 Notes”), and for general partnership purposes, including the funding of capital expenditures.
