The EcoSmart platform is tracking a reduced average cooling system runtime in excess of 30 percent across the 304 guestrooms. The resulting savings are anticipated to increase dramatically over the coming summer months. This energy efficiency is being achieved through EcoSmart's occupancy-based intelligent thermostats, which wirelessly connect to the EcoCentral cloud analytics engine to provide real-time data and analysis to the hotel's management team.
