EnCap Flatrock Midstream added Rob Wingo as managing director today.
Wingo joins EnCap Flatrock from Rice Energy and Rice Midstream Partners, where he served for five years, most recently as SVP of midstream and marketing for Rice Energy, as well as COO and as a member of the board of directors for Rice Midstream Partners.

EnCap reports that it has created 21 institutional funds with more than $37 billion of capital commitments. The company said it has invested approximately $22 billion in more than 240 companies since 1988. EnCap has both an upstream and a midstream portfolio.
