Mike Wood, president and CEO of PetroShale, (ticker: PSH) presented today at EnerCom’s The Oil & Gas Conference® 22.
PetroShale is a Calgary based E&P company with partnerships among several operators in the Bakken/Three Forks area. The company is beginning production out of its first operated well in 2017.
During the company’s breakout session, management was asked the following questions:
- Do you have any comments on the acquisition this week? How will it complement your acreage position?
- With the recent Canadian investment, can you give us an update on the balance sheet on these days?
- How are you targeting the market for new acquisitions?
- What is happening with the regulations on flaring gas in the Bakken? Is that going to bring more costs to the company?
- What is your artificial lift strategy?
- Do you have gathering systems in place for your wells?
- You showed in the presentation type curve with 1,000 lbs. of sand and IP30. Where do you see the type curve going?
