Eric McCrady, managing director and CEO of Sundance Energy AU Ltd., (ticker: SNDE) presented today at EnerCom’s The Oil & Gas Conference® 22.
Sundance Energy, an Australia-based oil and gas producer, has its assets in the greater Anadarko basin and the Gulf Coast basin. The company is adding wells and building production in its Eagle Ford assets.
During the company’s breakout session, management was asked the following questions:
- In your presentation you mentioned some different completions weeks moving into next year, can you give your thoughts on the exact completions schedule?
- On your Denver county asset you probably gain about a 1,000 feet TVD in the direction of the NW, how does this change your API and reservoir fluid analysis?
- You gave production guidance in terms of BOE, what about the value in terms of EBITDA? Will the EBITDA even out?
- Can you review the terms of the forward sale and provide an example? Is the 10% paid back in kind?
- You have been consistent in replacing your inventory in Denver County, do you see any expansion or accelerated expansion with this consistency?
- Can you talk about how functionally the extension of the costs will work?
