Energy Consultant Chris Hosek Named a Top 100 “Hired Gun” in Texas Lobby by Capitol Inside

Capitol Inside newsletter once again recognized Chris Hosek as a top 100 “Hired Gun” on its highly regarded annual list of “Texas Lobby Power Rankings.” Hosek is a principal at the Texas Star Alliance, serving a variety of energy clients with interests in Texas.
