Michael LeBlanc Promoted to Senior Vice President — Liquids Business
Unit Operations
The EnLink Midstream companies, EnLink Midstream Partners, LP (NYSE:
ENLK) (the “Partnership”) and EnLink Midstream, LLC (NYSE: ENLC) (the
“General Partner”) (together “EnLink”), today announced the promotion of
Cynthia Jaggi to Senior Vice President — Engineering and Operations
Services, and Michael LeBlanc to Senior Vice President — Liquids
Business Unit Operations, subject to the approval of EnLink’s Boards of
Directors.
Jaggi and LeBlanc will join EnLink’s Senior Leadership Team in
connection with the promotions. In their new roles, Jaggi will lead
efforts related to major projects, project management, cost management,
land, SCADA and supply chain, and LeBlanc will continue to lead all
operational efforts for the Liquids Business Unit.

About Cynthia Jaggi
Jaggi has served in several engineering roles since she joined EnLink’s
predecessor company in 2006, most recently as Vice President of Major
Projects prior to this promotion.
She brings years of valuable industry experience to EnLink, having held
various process and project engineering positions, including at
ExxonMobil, where she started her career at the Baytown refinery.

LeBlanc most recently served as Vice President of Operations for
EnLink’s Liquids Business Unit, which includes all of Louisiana, South
Texas, Ohio River Valley, and a portion of West Texas.
LeBlanc has more than 30 years of experience in oil and gas operations.
At EnLink, he has driven all aspects of operations including growth,
profitability, efficiency, and optimization of assets, while providing
support for strategic planning, project management, and construction.
