PHOENIX, Ariz., May 13, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- EPCOR Water Arizona Inc., a subsidiary of EPCOR USA Inc. (EPCOR USA), today announced that it has reached an agreement to acquire the assets of Brooke Water LLC (Brooke).

Located in unincorporated La Paz County, Brooke is located near the Town of Parker along the Colorado River in western Arizona and 45 minutes away from EPCOR’s existing service area in Lake Havasu City. Brooke currently serves approximately 2,100 water customers.

EPCOR USA has agreed to acquire Brooke’s assets and operations, including its water rights, subject to regulatory approval by the Arizona Corporation Commission (ACC).
Brooke Water will mark EPCOR USA’s 8th acquisition in Arizona.
