Fluid Delivery Solutions, LLC Appoints Executive Chairman

Fluid Delivery Solutions, LLC (FDS), a leading oilfield water management company with operations across the Permian, Eagle Ford, Eaglebine, Marcellus and Utica basins, today announced the appointment of Richard “Dick” J. Alario as Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors. Mr. Alario has a distinguished career in both domestic and international energy markets, having held top-level positions across oilfield services businesses in the United States, United Kingdom, Latin America and Middle East, most recently as Chairman and CEO of Key Energy Services, where he served between 2004 and 2016. In his capacity as Executive Chairman, Mr. Alario will work closely with Jess Foshee and Philip Kuntz, FDS’s Co-Presidents, and lead the company’s Board of Directors, with a focus on instilling operational excellence and carrying out strategic initiatives.

Additionally, he serves as a Director of DistributionNOW (NYSE: DNOW), where he is Chairman of the Compensation Committee and a member of the Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee. Mr. Alario is Chairman Ex-Officio of the National Ocean Industries Association (NOIA) and has served as Director or member of several other energy companies, industry groups and trade associations throughout his career.
