Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani, Former Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas President and CEO Richard Fisher to Speak at NAPE Summit 2016

World’s largest upstream oil and gas prospect expo announces details for NAPE Charities Luncheon, Decision Maker’s Breakfast

NAPE Summit announced Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani as keynote for the annual NAPE Charities Luncheon and Former Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas President & CEO Richard Fisher as keynote for the NAPE Decision Maker’s Breakfast.

Giuliani served as mayor of New York City from 1993 to 2001, during which time overall crime was cut by 56 percent, murder was cut by 66 percent, and Giuliani was named TIME magazine’s “Person of the Year” for his leadership during the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks. Giuliani is also the founder of Giuliani Partners, a consulting firm.

The NAPE Charities Luncheon has raised more than $3 million for veterans’ charities since 2007. This year, NAPE will bestow $75,000 each to Canine Companions for Independence, Operation Finally Home and Rebuilding America’s Warriors. Past speakers of the NAPE Charities Luncheon include Former First Lady Laura Bush and Former U.S. Secretary of Defense Robert Gates.

Fisher, keynote of the NAPE Decision Maker’s Breakfast, served as president and CEO of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas from 2005 to 2015. In this role, Fisher served as a member of the Federal Open Market Committee, the Federal Reserve’s principal monetary policymaking group. He has also served as the chair of the Conference of Federal Reserve Bank Presidents, the body that oversees the shared operations of the 12 Federal Reserve Banks.

One of the most popular events at NAPE Summit, the NAPE Decision Maker’s Breakfast examines the biggest issues facing the oil and gas industry. Past speakers include former Governor of Alaska Sarah Palin and economist Alan Greenspan.

NAPE Summit 2016 will take place Feb. 10-12, 2016 at the George R. Brown Convention Center in Houston. In addition to the NAPE Charities Industry Luncheon and Decision Maker’s Breakfast, NAPE Summit will feature the NAPE Summit Global Business Conference, a full day of domestic and international prospect presentations running concurrently in two Prospect Theaters, and a two-day Expo on nearly 15 acres of exhibition space.
