Global Partners Announces Secondary Offering of Common Units by Owners of AE Holdings Corp.

Global Partners LP (NYSE: GLP) (“Global” or “the Partnership”) today announced that the owners of AE Holdings Corp. (“the selling unitholders”) are selling 1,956,234 common units, representing limited partner interests in the Partnership, in an underwritten secondary public offering. The Partnership is not offering any common units in the offering and will not receive any proceeds from the sale of units by the selling unitholders in this offering.

Barclays is acting as the sole underwriter in connection with the offering.
