Goodnight enters Eagle Ford with acquisition of Wyatt Water Solutions

Goodnight Midstream continued its accelerated growth curve yesterday with the acquisition of Wyatt Water Solutions, LLC, giving the produced water solutions company its initial footprint in the Eagle Ford shale. The acquisition grows Goodnight’s presence in Texas and puts it in two of the state’s hottest basins: the Eagle Ford and the Permian. In June, Midnight announced multiple acquisitions in the Permian basin, expanding its operations to include produced water gathering and disposal from 10 facilities in seven counties across the basin.

Leuenberger becomes VP of Eagle Ford operations

Wyatt Water Solutions, LLC will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Goodnight Midstream and begin operations in Atascosa County, Texas. Eric Leuenberger, founder of Wyatt Water Solutions, joins the Goodnight Midstream team as Vice President of Eagle Ford Operations and will remain President of Wyatt Water Solutions, LLC.

Leuenberger developed Eagle Ford assets in Atascosa, Live Oak and Karnes counties as Operations Manager for Cinco Resources Inc.

“This acquisition is another step in Goodnight’s continued commitment to provide midstream produced water solutions in top-tier basins for our operating customers,” said Patrick Walker, Chief Executive Officer of Goodnight Midstream.

Goodnight now owns and operates saltwater gathering systems and facilities in the Bakken, Permian  and Eagle Ford.
