DENVER, Oct. 16, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- (Nasdaq: HNRG) – The board of directors of Hallador Energy Company today declared a regular quarterly dividend of $.04 per share. The dividend is payable on November 13, 2015 to shareholders of record as of October 30, 2015.
Hallador will release its third quarter financial results on Form 10-Q after the market closes on Friday, November 6, 2015.
