CALGARY, May 13, 2019 /CNW/ - Inter Pipeline Ltd. ("Inter Pipeline") (TSX: IPL) announced today the voting results from its annual meeting of shareholders (the "Meeting") held May 9, 2019 in Calgary, Alberta. Shareholders were asked to vote on a number of proposals as described in detail in Inter Pipeline's Management Information Circular dated March 18, 2019.
A total of 173,835,610 common shares representing 42.59% of Inter Pipeline's issued and outstanding shares were voted in person or by proxy in connection with the Meeting.
