Juniper Resources, LLC Announces Partnership with Natural Gas Partners

Juniper Resources, LLC (“Juniper” or the “Company”) today announced the closing of its private equity financing commitment and partnership with Natural Gas Partners (“NGP”) through NGP Natural Resources XI, L.P., the most recent NGP private equity fund focused on natural resources, and management.

The Dallas, Texas based exploration and production Company is led by CEO and President Ian Delahunty, former President of TransAtlantic Petroleum; C.O.O. and Chief Geologist Steven Thibodeaux, former Vice President and Chief Geologist of Peak Resources I, II, and III; and Matt Strickler, former Vice President of Land at TransAtlantic Petroleum and Longfellow Energy.

The three co-founders call the San Juan Basin home and continue to maintain strong connections to the Four Corners area. Juniper Resources will focus on proving and developing oil and gas assets within the San Juan Basin by combining their extensive land and geologic knowledge of the region with their engineering expertise.
