KBR Dividend Declaration

HOUSTON, TX--(Marketwired - August 10, 2016) - KBR, Inc. (NYSE: KBR) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of eight cents ($0.08) per share on the Company's common stock, par value $0.001 per share, to be paid on October 14, 2016, to stockholders of record on September 15, 2016.
