Key Energy Receives Notice From NYSE Regarding Continued Listing Requirements

HOUSTON, Nov. 20, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Key Energy Services, Inc. (“Key” or the “Company”) (NYSE: KEG) announced today that on November 18, 2019, the Company received a letter from the New York Stock Exchange (the “NYSE”) notifying it that, over a period of 30 consecutive trading days, the average closing price of Key’s common shares was below the minimum $1.00 per share requirement for continued listing on the NYSE under Item 802.01C of the NYSE Listed Company Manual.

This notice does not have an immediate effect on the listing of Key’s common shares, which will continue to trade on the NYSE, subject to the Company’s compliance with other continued listing requirements.  As required by the NYSE rules, the Company must notify the NYSE within ten business days from the receipt of the notification of its intent to cure the deficiency within the prescribed six-month cure period. The Company can regain compliance at any time during the six-month cure period if on the last trading day of any calendar month during the cure period, its common stock has a closing share price of at least $1.00 and an average closing share price of at least $1.00 over the 30 trading-day period ending on the last trading day of that month.
