Kimmeridge Comments on PDC Shareholder Meeting Results

NEW YORK and DENVER, June 5, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Kimmeridge Energy Management Company, LLC ("Kimmeridge"), beneficial owners of 5.1% of the shares of common stock of PDC Energy, Inc. ("PDC" or the "Company") (NASDAQ: PDCE) commented today on PDC's voting results for its 2019 annual meeting of shareholders.
