EnerCom Dallas brings together the investment community with the oil and gas industry’s top management teams

Oil and gas companies from around the world are preparing to gather in Dallas next week for EnerCom’s investor conference, designed to offer healthy dialogue and informal networking opportunities for investment professionals and oil and gas company senior management teams.

Ahead of the conference, which is taking place March 1 and 2, Oil & Gas 360® has highlighted presenting company stories, and the final group of companies appears below:

Mid-Con Energy

Mid-Con Energy Partners, LP (ticker: MCEP) is a publicly held Delaware limited partnership formed in July 2011 to own, acquire, exploit and develop producing oil and natural gas properties in North America, with a focus on Enhanced Oil Recovery (“EOR”).

The company’s primary focus is to generate stable cash flows, allowing for Mid-Con to make quarterly cash distributions to its unitholders.

Panhandle Oil & Gas Inc.

Panhandle Oil & Gas (ticker: PHX) has holdings which include 255,000 net mineral acreage and its working interests and royalty interests in producing wells, are primarily located in Arkansas, Oklahoma and Texas. The company’s proved reserves at September 30, 2016 were 124 Bcfe, with 66% being natural gas, 26% oil and 8% natural gas liquids. The company’s total proved, probable and possible reserves at September 30, 2016, were 670 Bcfe, according to the company.

PetroQuest Energy

PetroQuest (ticker: PQ) was founded in 1985 as a Gulf Coast oil and gas company. From 1985 to 2002 PetroQuest grew its reserves located principally onshore in Louisiana and offshore in the Gulf of Mexico. In 2003, PetroQuest implemented an asset diversification strategy to balance its Gulf Coast and Gulf of Mexico operations with longer lived, lower risk onshore properties. Using the cash flow generated from its Gulf Coast Basin assets, PetroQuest has expanded into the Cotton Valley trend in East Texas, where it currently has approximately 52,000 gross acres in the Carthage Field.

PetroShare Corp.

Denver-based PetroShare Corp. (ticker: PRHR) holds approximately 1,280 gross acres in the core of the Niobrara/Dodell fairway in the Greater Wattenberg Field in Colorado. The company also holds 7,700 gross acres in Moffat County targeting wet gas in the Niobrara Shale formation.

In addition, the Moffat County acreage has demonstrated a potential for coal bed methane and conventional gas production from relatively shallow zones above the Niobrara. Wells drilled on the prospect acreage by other companies have also indicated both oil and gas production from various zones deeper than the Niobrara.

Pluspetrol

Pluspetrol is a privately held, independent, international company with over 35 years of experience in the exploration and production of oil and gas. Present in Angola, Argentina, Bolivia, Colombia, United States, Netherlands, Peru, Uruguay and Venezuela, Pluspetrol has a wide range of international assets.

Pluspetrol has over half a million acres of high-potential land in Argentina’s Neuquén Basin, the second largest concession in the area. The project being carried out by Pluspetrol includes evaluating gas (tight and shale) and oil (shale) resources, and the implementation of unconventional drilling, completion and production technologies.

Strategic Oil & Gas

Strategic Oil & Gas (ticker: SOG) has built a footprint of approximately 500,000 net acre positions in Northern Canada with an asset value of more than $1 billion, according to the company. The company’s Marlowe acreage is especially impressive, with production profitable at $40 WTI, according to the company.

Strategic plans to grow production at Marlowe by 30 MBOEPD over the next 5-7 years.

WildHorse Resource Development

WildHorse Resource Development Corporation (ticker: WRD) is an independent oil and natural gas company focused on the acquisition, exploration, development and production of oil, natural gas and NGL properties primarily in the Eagle Ford Shale in East Texas and the Over-Pressured Cotton Valley in North Louisiana.

The company holds a consolidated 375,000 combined net acres in the Eagle Ford and North Louisiana.

Warren Resources

Warren Resources (ticker: WRES) is an independent company focused on waterfollod oil recovery in the Wilmington Field in California, coalbed methane natural gas in the Rocky Mountains, and on acreage in the Marcellus shale of northeastern Pennsylvania.
