Libra Advisors, LLC Acquires Common Shares of Strategic Oil & Gas Ltd.

TORONTO, Dec. 31, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Libra Advisors, LLC (Libra) announced today that Libra, on behalf of the portfolios of investment funds managed by it, acquired control and direction over 26,435,857 Common Shares at a purchase price of $0.035 of Strategic Oil & Gas Ltd. (Strategic Oil).  The shares acquired represent approximately 1.45% of the total outstanding common shares of Strategic Oil. 

As a result of the acquisition and together with the securities previously held, Libra, on behalf of the portfolios of investment funds managed by it, now exercises control or direction over 289,231,582 Common Shares of Strategic Oil representing approximately 15.92% of the total outstanding common shares of Strategic Oil, based on 1,817,142,079 issued and outstanding common shares of Strategic Oil as of December 28, 2018.

The securities of Strategic Oil acquired by Libra, on behalf of the portfolios of investment funds managed by it, are held for investment purposes. These investments will be reviewed on a continuing basis and such holdings may be increased or decreased in the future.
