Lodestone Teams Up with Energy Expert Neil Stockley

LONDON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Strategic communications and public affairs consultancy Lodestone has signed up energy and environment specialist Neil Stockley to join its network of associates.

Over the last eighteen years, Neil has provided public affairs and communications counsel to companies and organisations across the energy sector. He has also worked in the water, transport and technology sectors.

David Wild, Chairman of Lodestone, said: “As the political, business, economic and regulatory landscape goes through this period of upheaval, Neil will provide businesses with invaluable insight drawing on his extensive, industry leading experience and expertise. Lodestone has a strong track record of advising clients in energy, waste, transport and infrastructure and we are delighted that Neil is working with us. We believe there is significant scope for growth in these highly regulated sectors as businesses adapt to the post-EU Referendum environment.”

Neil Stockley, Associate at Lodestone, added: “This a challenging but exciting time for the energy, waste, transport and infrastructure sectors. Companies will have the opportunity to shape changing policy and regulatory frameworks, in a fast-changing political environment. I’m excited to be working with the team at Lodestone Communications, to provide companies with the high quality strategic advice that they will need.”

Neil Stockley will work closely with Lodestone Chairman David Wild, who has over 30 years’ experience of working in business and politics and has advised some of the UK’s leading energy companies and projects. Prior to consultancy, David was Director of Communications and a Board Member of Nirex, the organisation in charge of radioactive waste strategy. Neil will also work with Account Director Harry Padfield and Lodestone is hiring for a number of positions at the moment.

Lodestone was listed within the top 15 UK public affairs agencies by industry magazine PRWeek in 2016 and MD Martha Dalton was included in the magazine’s ‘30 Under 30’ listing of communications professionals. Lodestone was shortlisted in 2016 for PR Moments PA Firm of the Year and PRCA’s City & Financial Strategic Campaign of the Year.
